JARVIS 1997 BLENDING KIT - $250.00

Imagine being able to blend the equivalent style of Pétrus, Château Cheval Blanc or even Château Margaux. Well, with the Jarvis 1997 Blending Kit, you can!

Designed by winery owner, William Jarvis, this kit provides you with the same opportunity that a winemaker has to experience the fine art of blending Bordeaux varietals. Enclosed in the kit, you will find a 375ml bottle of all five of the Bordeaux red wine blending varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec) from Jarvis' storied 1997 vintage, two blending cylinders used to perform blending exercises similar to those done by winemakers and a Xyliss Wine Opener. The only thing you will need is a few wine glasses with a capacity of at least 4 ounces each (check out the Riedel Crystal glasses later on this page!)

It also comes with notes regarding each varietal and a sheet with the percentages of each wine that was in the blend of Cheval Blanc, Pétrus, Margaux and Château Mouton-Rothschild, along with the breakdown of the incredible Jarvis 1997 Lake William Bordeaux blend. So you can make a blend of these special wines or just have a great time making your own blend. Can be shipped where permissible.
