Our recent tasting seminar featuring wines from Au Bon Climat, Hitching Post, Qupe and Verdad was so spectacular that we felt that we had to let our email pals in on the fun. The list below shows the wines we featured and the futures pricing that we offered. Now, for the good news! Each of the wines is discounted at least 20% from the release price. Order 12 or more bottles by April 30, 2008, and the Duke will add an additional 5% to the already substantial discount. A deposit of 50% will hold your order until the wines are released.

One Spicy Meatball 2006 Gewurztraminer (by ABC) - Bone dry with a spicy palate, hence the name. Judging by the amount ordered that evening, this is one you might want to try. Perfect with Asian dishes or for just sipping on the patio. Do not let Jim drink all of this beauty by himself!
Hitching Post 2007 Pink Pinot Rose - Crisp and dry. Seriously made and yet fun to drink. A great summer-time quaff or a nice accompaniment to lite meals.
Verdad 2007 Albarino - A Spanish varietal from the Central Coast. Lean, dry and crisp, but very aromatic. A perfect wine for lite meals and patio dining.
