The Duke's budding new career as a radio personality continues! He has again been invited to appear as a guest on Tom Leykis' new syndicated talk show, The Tasting Room. (Tom is pictured, right.) The show focuses on the "good life," including Tom's passion, fine wine, and the delights of beers and spirits, among other topics. This week's show is about whisky. The Duke, a.k.a. David Breitstein, took our resident expert on Single Malt Scotch, Jon Sievers, with him to the taping of the show. Jon brings over 35 years of research and experience in fine wines and spirits to the table. His explanation of the distillation process and the differences in flavors from region to region is an ideal primer for anyone interested in Scotch whisky. Jon's palate and expertise are impressive and make this program one that you don't want to miss. The Tasting Room is just beginning syndication, so we are including a listing of stations already carrying it.
