The Duke is pleased to announce the Central Coast Wineries Special 2001 Futures Seminar. The date is Thursday, March 20, the time is 7:00PM and the location is the Warner Center Marriott Hotel. Reservations are required.

Our special guests are Jim Clendenen (Au Bon Climat and Vita Nova), Bob Lindquist (Qupe), Gray Hartley (Hitching Post) and Jim Adelman (Makor). We are planning to serve barrel samples or very recently bottled wines from the 2001 vintage. Jim Clendenen has proclaimed this vintage to be the "greatest in the history of the winery". We will depart from our usual format somewhat. The first part of the evening will be a walk-about tasting to give you the opportunity to sample some of the wines and speak directly to the individual responsible for producing it. We will finish up in our usual sit-down mode.
