"Fete du Bordeaux"
Introducing the Exceptional 1995 Vintage
With Special Guest Jean-Michel Cazes

Dear Wine Associates:

It is our great pleasure to invite you to join us on Monday, November 3, 1997, as we proudly host Mr. Jean-Michel Cazes, proprietor of the famed Chateau Lynch-Bages located in the town of Pauillac in the heart of the Medoc region of Bordeaux. The charming and dynamic Mr. Cazes, nicknamed the "New Baron of Bordeaux" by the Wine Spectator, will lead us as we introduce six wines from the exceptional 1995 Bordeaux Vintage, which is considered to be equal to the classic vintages of 1982, 1989 and 1990.

Along with Chateau Lynch-Bages, the featured Chateaux will include Cantenac-Brown, Leoville-Barton, Pichon-Longueville-Baron and Cos d'Estournel. In addition to the 1995 gems, we will serve beautiful wines from 1975, 1981, 1986, 1988 and 1989, all considered to be outstanding years in Bordeaux.

To make this evening truly memorable, we will dine elegantly with these wines at the fabulous Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Executive Chef Carrie Nahabedian has planned a sumptuous menu that promises to equal the other superb dinners she has prepared for us in the past.
