We are pleased to invite you to join us on Thursday, June 19, 1997, for an exciting and eclectic wine seminar. "June is Busting Out with Great Wines" will feature the owners and winemakers of three of California's finest wineries: Robert Craig of Robert Craig Wine Cellars, Keith Nichols of Nichols Winery and Ardison Phillips of Mc Keon-Phillips Winery. In addition, we will host Jason Brandt Lewis, the General Sales Manager of Adventures in Wine, one of America's top importers/distributors of fine and rare wines.
Robert Craig was formerly the President and General Manager of The Hess Collection Winery. Since he established his own Napa Valley winery in 1992, he has been producing limited amounts of distinctive, elegant red wines from some of the Valley's finest vineyard sources. At our seminar last year, we were honored to introduce his outstanding Affinity meritage and it was one of the hits of the year. We will share the new vintage of Affinity as well as offer a preview of his Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon produced from grapes on the Robin Williams Vineyard.
Keith Nichols, who we also introduced to you last year, has been receiving outstanding reviews for his Central Coast Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs ever since he established his winery in Arroyo Grande in 1991. We are pleased to present his 1995 versions, which are absolutely fabulous...wait till you taste them!
Ardison Phillips is the former owner of the Studio Grill in Hollywood, a world-famous artist, a popular Central Coast caterer, and a long-time friend. He recently established his Central Coast winery with his wife Susan Mc Keon and has produced several truly delicious wines, including a Santa Ynez Cabernet Sauvignon which we feel is one of the most outstanding Cabernet Sauvignons from this area to date.
Jason Brandt Lewis, representing Adventures in Wine, will bring us five outstanding wines from far-reaching areas around the world. Two of them are in the league of the world's finest -- the 1994 Providence, Matakana is known as "the Petrus and Le Pin of New Zealand," while the 1995 L'Ecole No. 41 Merlot from the State of Washington is comparable to the famed Leonetti Merlots.

The cost for this seminar is $28.50 each for the member and the first guest. Additional guests and non-member reservations are $33.50 each. Full payment must accompany your reservation. No tickets are issued; you will be notified if your reservation cannot be accepted. Cancellation deadline for full refund is June 17. While bread and cheese will be served, we recommend that you have dinner prior to the event.
