What a pleasure it is to invite you to join us on Tuesday, April 13, 1999, for a grand "DINNER WITH THE WINES OF CAKEBREAD CELLARS... at POSTO." It was 26 years ago that Jack & Dolores Cakebread started their family winery In Napa Valley. They produced only 153 cases of wine (all Chardonnay) for their first vintage in 1973. Today, the winery produces 45,000 cases of outstanding, ultra-high - premium wines.

Jack's & Dolores's eldest son, Bruce, has been the winemaker since 1979. Through knowledgeable and sophisticated growing, harvesting and winemaking techniques plus an emphasis on quality, consistency and continuity, Bruce has built a solid reputation for creating some of Napa Valley's finest wines. Today, a team of seven Cakebreads leads this wonderful family estate, each one enthusiastically promoting the pairing of wine and food for a healthy lifestyle.

We know our dinner for this evening will be the finest of experiences as we continue to see Luciano Pelligrini and the chefs at Posto create absolutely outstanding meals accompanied by excellent service.
